Refund Policy

These are the terms regarding refunds for our customers.

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from W Graphics, you are protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you request a refund more than 30 days from the initial purchase date of the product, you will not be allowed one, and there are no exceptions to this rule.

Recurring purchases are not refundable because they fall outside of the 30-day guarantee period. For example, if you purchase an annual membership, you can receive a refund within 30 days after the first purchase, but you can’t get a refund 12 months later, when the subscription is automatically renewed, because this is 11 months after the refund

Any information about the customer, including their personal customer records, is regarded secret and will not be released to any third party unless legally mandated by the competent authorities. Customers’ information is only shared with services required to run our business, such as payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, and others) and customer databases (Infusionsoft). These third-party providers ensure the privacy of your data on their own terms. Customers have the right to see and copy any and all customer records that we store, as long as we are given reasonable notice of the request. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party, and we will not use your email address

Payment

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Cash App and Wallets to provide the best possible customer experience while also protecting their privacy. All of our products are supplied as downloads upon payment. All goods remain the company’s property until fully paid for. Following receipt of payment, the download instructions are delivered via email. Our payment providers determine any additional costs, late fees, chargeback fees, and other fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consumers can cancel any subscription services at any time. Customers can cancel their subscriptions using their payment provider, the W Graphics user account, or by contacting us. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. We provide a 30-day refund guarantee on all of our products. Customers may request a refund by contacting our support team. Refunds are only provided within 30 days of the original payment. Refund claims received after 30 days or for successive billings of a subscription (any payments after the first) will be denied. Both customers and we maintain the right to terminate or cancel for any reason.
